Our Training Methodology

Our Delivery methodology is a combination of what is known as Developers Perspective (DP), Concept Visualization (CV), Active Experimentation (AE) & Application Development (AD).

We at Synergetics believe that just the way a User Interface of a client application with respect to its end user is critical. Similarly Existence of an effective User interface in a training program between a trainer and the participant is equally critical.

Concept Visualization is essentially our attempt to do the same. Through CV we build a Visual channel of communication, Which is an innovative, creative, and intuitive extension of what one can call as "Chalk -Talk Mechanism". It is the way we were taught during our school and college days.

CV is essential because only "when one sees it, believes it".

After having visually appreciated a concept it's very important for a developer to experience it and that's what "Active Experimentation-AE" is all about. We translate these visuals into hands on assignment, which they do it. Active Experimentation is based on the philosophy

"I do it I experience it".

Moving further all these AE's are put together to give you a complete application, which we term as "Application Development- AD". AD is essentially based on a particular theme needed by a project. This entire approach defines the effectiveness of our program and uniqueness of it.

Entire approach, which is a combination of Developers perspective, Concept Visualization, Active Experimentation and Application Development is laid out with only one focus –

"Improve the productivity of developers".

Synergetics Value Propositions address the following stages of the “Learning  Plan”:

  • Architecture and feature(s) related aspects.

  • Why a Particular Line or section of Technology?

  • Conceptually what’s this particular Line or Section of Technology?

  • How to Implement and develop solutions with it?

  • When to use a particular Line or section of technology?

  • Where & How does this section or Line of technology fit into the Enterprise Application Architecture scenario.

  • How to handle Erroneous situation arising in Developments plus Exception programming.

  • Programming Techniques for Effective and Optimized implementations.

  • Debugging, Performance Tuning and Optimization Issues.

  • Do’s and Don’ts.

  • Scalability, Backward and Forward compatibility.

  • Best and Next Practices.
