In 1995 Synergetics envisioned OWS as an engagement format to extend its "Cutting Edge Technology” competency building training programs to individual software professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills as per their career aspirations and project delivery needs. The data that we have mined shows that a huge number of our patrons have been those software professionals who want to multiskill themselves and keep in touch with technology apart from what they get exposed to as part of the project on hand.
