Our Training Methodology

Delivery Methodology

Our delivery methodology is centered around creating delivery-ready resources, with an end-to-end perspective. Our trainers in the class use a unique teaching technique, of Visual communication through which Participants grasp concepts through visuals and implement them via small assignments and assessments, culminating in a comprehensive case study. This collectively ensures that the participants have enhanced knowledge of concepts and develop excellent implementation skills.

The delivery methodology comprises of three different approaches viz: Guided Self Learning, allowing participants to learn at their own pace with curated materials. Blended Learning combines online digital media with traditional instructor-led methods, offering flexibility and diverse learning experiences. Instructor Led Learning ensures real-time interaction, where expert instructors guide participants, answer questions, and provide immediate feedback.

This holistic approach ensures a deep understanding and practical application of concepts, ultimately meeting clients' objectives.

Learner Journey

The Delivery Methodology of our workshops focuses on end objective of clients which is to create delivery ready resources. To ensure that our unique delivery methodology focuses on end-to-end perspective, we ensure participants understand concepts using visuals and implement them using small assignments and assessments followed by complete Case Study.

Learner Journey through different methodologies

  • Guided Self Learning
  • Blended Learning
  • Instructor Led Learning

Guided Self Learning: Participants engage with foundational concepts through structured self-paced modules, supplemented by visual aids and interactive content. This approach fosters independent learning and comprehension of key principles before delving into more complex topics.

Blended Learning: Our methodology integrates online learning with traditional face-to-face instruction, providing a balanced educational experience. This blended approach allows participants to benefit from the flexibility of digital learning while still engaging in real-time discussions and collaborative activities.

Instructor Led Learning: Experienced instructors guide participants through the material in a classroom or virtual setting, ensuring a deep understanding of the subject matter. This direct interaction allows for immediate feedback, clarification of doubts, and a more personalized learning experience.

Visual Communication (VC)

Visual Communication (VC) involves the use of visual elements to convey ideas, information, or messages effectively. This includes mediums such as images, graphics, and typography. VC leverages design principles to enhance understanding, engagement, and retention of information. It plays a crucial role in various fields such as marketing, education, and media, where clear and impactful messaging is essential. By combining creativity with strategic visual elements, VC aims to make complex information accessible and memorable, facilitating better communication and understanding among audiences.

Active Development/Discovery (AD)

Active Development/Discovery (AD) is a dynamic process involving the continuous exploration, innovation, and creation of new ideas, products, or solutions. It emphasizes hands-on engagement, experimentation, and iterative improvement to drive progress and uncover new possibilities. AD is crucial in fields like technology, research, and product development, where staying ahead of the curve is essential. By fostering a culture of curiosity and proactive problem-solving, AD enables teams and individuals to adapt quickly to changing environments, overcome challenges, and achieve breakthrough advancements.
